Reviews. If you leave a review, we store the name you enter, your star rating, and your review text, plus any optional location or device you add. We do not ask for your email to leave a review. Submitted reviews are held for moderation and only appear on the site after we approve them.
Messages. When you message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected], we receive the contact details and message content you send so we can reply and help you set up or support your service.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically receive limited technical information when you visit — such as your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. This is used in aggregate to understand what's useful and to keep the site working. We also briefly process your IP address to rate-limit review submissions and block spam; it is not stored with your review.

Cookies & analytics

We use two third-party analytics tools, and only in production, to see how the site is used and fix what isn't working:

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and use browser add-ons or “do not track” features, without losing access to the site. Owner/admin sessions are excluded from analytics.

How we use your information

To publish the reviews you choose to submit, after moderation.
To respond to your WhatsApp and email messages and support you.
To understand site usage in aggregate and improve our content.
To protect the site against spam, abuse, and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — our website host and content-delivery network, and the analytics providers named above. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms. These providers process data on our behalf; we do not otherwise disclose your information except where required by law.

Data retention

We keep approved reviews for as long as they are published on the site. We keep messages for as long as needed to support you and for our reasonable records. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention settings. You can ask us to remove a review or message you sent at any time.

Your privacy rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us on WhatsApp or at [email protected]and we'll action it within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site and service are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
